Car rental in the name of a legal entity

MG Maxus 9 Self-Drive Electric Car Rental Terms and Conditions

1. The vehicle is fully charged by the company. Upon returning the vehicle, the renter must charge the battery to at least 85%.
2. EV rental requires a minimum of 1 day. One day of rental is counted as 24 hours. Late return charges are 856 baht per hour. If the vehicle is returned more than 5 hours late, the rental fee will be charged for one full day.

3. Normal business hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

4. Please notify us 6 hours or 1 day in advance before the lease expires if you wish to extend your rental.

5. The vehicle must not be taken out of Thailand or used as collateral for a loan.

6. In case of requesting a replacement vehicle during use, the compensation fee is 3,210 baht per instance. The replacement vehicle will be a similar rental model available from the company.

7. Smoking in a rental car: Fine 3,210 baht

8. Bringing pets in a rental car: Fine of 1,070 baht

9. Forgotten keys in the car: Fine of 3,210 baht plus employee travel expenses based on distance.

10. Lost car keys: Initial fine of 21,400 baht

11. The insurance included with the vehicle is Type 1 insurance, but in the event of additional damage from a collision, an opportunity cost will be added based on the actual number of days the vehicle is being repaired, at the daily rental rate (5,350 baht).

12. Special MG Maxus 9 electric rental car insurance (SCDW) can be purchased separately. The price is 856 THB/day for a daily rate and 16,050 THB/month for a monthly rate.
