Oil/Electricity

• For our fuel-filled vehicles, we will fill the tank to full upon delivery. Please return the vehicle with a full tank as well. Failure to do so will incur a service charge of 321 baht plus the actual cost of the fuel.
• Electric vehicles: We will fully charge your vehicle at our office. Upon return, please ensure it is charged to 85% or more. If it is not charged to 85%, a service fee of 535 baht will be charged, plus the actual electricity cost.

Car Insurance

• Rental car insurance is of type 3 and includes a deductible. This means that in the event of an accident, whether you are at fault or not, or whether there is no other party involved, the renter will have the full deductible amount deducted from their deposit.
• Tenants can choose to purchase additional insurance with us. There are 2 options available: 1. SCDW 2. Full Protection
• SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) = Covers exterior collision damage. Excludes tires, glass, interior, and theft. (Starting price 214-856 THB)
• Full Protection = Covers exterior scratches, including rubber seals and glass, interior, and theft (prices start from 321-1,605 THB)

Lease Term/Lease Renewal

• Rentals can rent a car for a minimum of 1 day, measured in 24-hour increments.
• Late return charges range from 214-1,070 THB per hour. If the delay exceeds 5 hours, an additional day’s rental fee will be charged.
• If you wish to extend your rental beyond the original period, please notify us one day before the contract expires.
• Late transfer of lease fee: 535 baht per day
• The vehicle can be used anywhere in Thailand, with no mileage restrictions.
