Basic Rental Terms and Conditions (Self-Drive Car Rental)

• Minimum rental period is 1 day or more, calculated in 24-hour increments.
• Late return of the vehicle will incur a penalty of 1,070 baht per hour. For returns exceeding 5 hours, the rate will be increased to the rate of one full day’s rental.
• If your lease is nearing its end and you wish to renew, please give 1 day’s notice before the lease expires.
• Late transfer of rental payments will incur a penalty of 535 baht per day.
• The car will be returned with a full tank of fuel. A service fee of 321 baht + the actual fuel cost will be charged if the car is not refilled upon return.
• The insurance that comes with the car is a Type 3 insurance with a deductible. Any additional damage or collisions will result in a deduction from the deposit amount.
• Customers can choose from two supplementary insurance options to reduce the risk of deductibles: 1. SCDW covers exterior collisions, excluding tires, glass, interior, and theft. 2. Full Protection covers exterior and interior collisions and theft.
• If you wish to bring a pet on board, there will be an additional charge of 1,070 baht.
• Smoking in a car: Fine 3,210 baht
• Forgotten keys in the car. Fine: 3,210 baht, plus employee travel expenses.
