What do you need to know about the terms and conditions and documents for renting a BYD Dolphin car with us?
- Minimum car rental is 1 day, calculated in 24-hour increments.
- The car will be fully charged at the office. Upon returning the car, please charge it to at least 85%. If it is not charged at this level, the actual charging cost will be charged, plus a service fee of 321 baht.
- The insurance that comes with the car is a third-party liability insurance (Type 3), which does not cover additional damage from collisions. There is a deductible of 10,700 baht.
- Additional special insurance can be purchased.
- 1. SCDW starts at 535 THB/day (covers the entire vehicle, excluding tires and glass)
- 2. Full Protection starting at 749 THB/day (covers the entire vehicle, including theft)
- In the event that the vehicle battery is dead, the renter is responsible for all costs associated with the tow truck and other related services.
- Late return of the vehicle will incur a penalty of 535 baht per hour. For returns exceeding 5 hours, an additional day’s rental fee will be charged.
- If the rental car smells of cigarettes, there will be a fine of 3,210 baht.
- Bringing pets in a car is subject to a fine of 1,070 baht.
- Forgotten keys in the car? A fine of 3,210 baht will be charged + employee travel expenses based on distance.
- Losing your keys will result in an initial fine of 21,400 baht.
- In case of requesting a replacement vehicle during use, the replacement vehicle cost is 3,210 baht/ครั้ง.
