1. Car rental fees do not include fuel, tolls and parking fees (customers pay directly to the driver).

2. Car rental with driver, 10 hours/day service.

3. Overtime charges of 321 baht/hour will be applied for work exceeding business hours.

4. If starting work in the morning, the earliest service time is 7:00 AM. If starting work in the afternoon, the latest service time is 9:00 PM. Any service outside these hours will incur an additional charge of 321 THB/hour.

5. If traveling long distances, the driver must take a break every 2 hours during the journey.

6. For overnight trips to other provinces, an additional service fee of 1,070 baht/night will be charged.

1. The minimum rental period is 1 day or more, calculated as 24 hours. A late return fee of 535 baht per hour will be charged. For returns exceeding 5 hours, the rental rate will be the same as a full day’s rental.

2. If you wish to extend the rental, you must notify us and make payment at least 6 hours before the contract expires.

3. Business hours: 08:00-20:00. Services outside these hours will incur a fee of 535 baht per instance.

4. Car Insurance: The car comes with comprehensive insurance (Class 1), which does not include opportunity cost. If you purchase additional SCDW insurance, your deposit will be refunded as normal in case of an accident. SCDW insurance costs 535 THB/day or 10,700 THB/month and is an optional add-on.

5. Receive the car with a full tank of fuel. Return the car with a full tank of fuel. If you are unable to refill the fuel before returning, there will be a service fee of 321 baht + the actual cost of fuel.

6. The security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of returning the vehicle, by transferring it to the renter’s account.

9. Forgot keys in the car: Fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses based on distance.

10. Losing your keys: Initial fine of 10,700 baht

11. Replacement vehicle during use. The cost of replacement vehicle is 3,210 baht/ครั้ง.

12. It is prohibited to take the vehicle out of Thailand or to pawn it.
