Insurance
The insurance included with the rental van is a Type 3 insurance with an excess fee. In the event of an accident, the renter will have their full deposit deducted in all cases.
Two types of supplementary insurance are available: 1. SCDW 2. Full Protection
SCDW covers interior body damage, excluding glass/tire/seat damage/theft. Prices start at 535 THB per day.
Full Protection covers interior and exterior collisions, including glass, tire, and upholstery damage, as well as theft. Prices start at 749 THB per day.
Rental Period
Rental starts from 1 day or more, calculated in 24-hour increments.
If you wish to extend your rental, please notify us one day before the contract expires and make payments according to the schedule set by our staff.
Late transfer of rental fee: 535 baht per day
Late returns will incur a fine of 535 – 1,070 THB per hour. Returns exceeding 5 hours will be charged at the rate of an additional day’s rental.
Oil / Electric
We will fill the tank to the brim. Please fill it completely again upon return. If you do not wish to have it filled, there will be a service charge of 321 baht plus the actual cost of the fuel.
Electric vehicles from the company will be fully charged at the office. Upon return, the vehicle must be charged to 85% or more. If it is not charged to this level, there will be a service fee of 535 baht plus the actual charging cost.
When renting an electric vehicle, consider the mileage before renting. If the electric vehicle is out of charge, the renter is responsible for the cost of calling a tow truck to transport the vehicle to the nearest charging station.
Other conditions
Vans can be rented for use throughout Thailand, with no mileage restrictions.
The vehicle may not be pawned or taken out of the country.
Bringing pets in the vehicle incurs an additional charge of 1,070 THB.
Damaged or torn seat: Fine of 3,210 Baht per seat (except with Full Protection insurance)
Vehicle has a bad smell or smells of cigarettes. Fine: 3,210 baht
Forgotten keys in the car? A fine of 3,210 baht will be charged, plus actual travel expenses.
Losing your car keys incurs a fine starting at 10,700 baht.
