Terms and Conditions for Self-Drive Van Rental

• Minimum rental period is 1 day, calculated in 24-hour increments. For example, if you pick up the car today at 8:00 AM and return it tomorrow at 8:00 AM, it counts as 1 day.
• The company will fill the tank with fuel. It must be returned with a full tank. If it is not refilled, a service fee of 321 baht will be charged, along with the actual cost of the fuel.
• The company charges 100% of the electricity cost from the office. At night, a charge of 85% or more is required. If the electricity is not charged at night, a service fee of 535 baht will be charged, along with the actual charging cost.
• Rental car insurance is type 3, which has a deductible. In the event that the renter is involved in an accident, regardless of whether they are at fault or not, and there is no other party involved, the full amount will be deducted from the deposit. However, supplementary insurance can be purchased to mitigate this risk.
• SCDW Supplementary Insurance costs 535 – 1,070 THB depending on the van model = Covers exterior body damage. Excludes tires, glass, interior damage, and vehicle theft.
• Full Protection Supplementary Insurance, priced at 749 – 1,605 THB depending on the car model, covers damage including: tires, glass, interior damage, and car theft.
• Late return charges start at 535 THB per hour. For returns exceeding 5 hours, a full day’s rental fee will be charged.
• If you wish to extend your lease, please notify us one day before the expiration of your original contract and make the next rental payment immediately. A late payment penalty of 535 baht per day will be charged.
• The vehicle can be used anywhere in Thailand, with no mileage restrictions.
• Leaving your keys in the car will result in a fine of 3,210 baht + actual travel expenses for the officer.
• Lost key fee starts at 10,700 baht

Terms and Conditions for Renting a Van with Driver

• Drivers provide service for 10 hours/day. Overtime charges apply at a rate of 321 – 856 baht per hour, depending on the type of vehicle.
• Rental prices do not include fuel, tolls, parking, and other on-site expenses. These costs must be paid directly to the driver by the renter.
• Overnight stay fee: 1,070 Baht/night
• Do not travel to areas at risk of danger or disaster.
• The driver adheres to the legal speed limit and may take breaks every 1-2 hours if traveling long distances.
• No alcohol or drugs are allowed in the vehicle.

Other fines

• Bringing pets in the vehicle or having animal fur in the vehicle: 1,070 baht
• Vehicles smelling of cigarettes or other unpleasant odors are subject to a fine of 3,210 baht.
